Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Yes — orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, we may have already processed your order for shipment. To cancel, email us as soon as possible at info@diamondoverdose.store.

A: Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping via DHL.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Estimated delivery times:

  • Middle East: 2 business days

  • Europe: 3–5 business days

  • U.S. & Canada: 3–6 business days

  • Australia & Rest of the World: 4–7 business days

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at any time via the DHL Tracking Page.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer 30-day returns. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags. To start a return, email us at info@diamondoverdose.store with your order number and reason for return.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: We offer free returns — customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: How do I get a refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

Q: What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
A: We're so sorry! Please email us at info@diamondoverdose.store within 3 business days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the damaged item and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Exchanges

Q: Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
A: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return your original order and place a new one.
