At Diamond Overdose, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a clear and simple cancellation policy to give you peace of mind when placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation Window

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.

If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours and the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After 24 hours, your order may have already entered processing or been shipped. In such cases, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for a return after delivery.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

Full name

Email address used during checkout

Reason for cancellation (optional)

We will respond within 1 business day to confirm the cancellation status.

3. Already Shipped Orders

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may:

Wait for the item to be delivered, and

Request a return under our 30 business day (Mon - Fri) return policy

4. Digital Orders & Final Sale Items

Please note that:

Any digital products, gift cards, or items marked as “Final Sale” are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is placed.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds typically process within 2–5 business days (Mon - Fri)

Depending on your bank, it may take 7 business days (Mon - Fri) to appear in your account

6. Our Rights

Diamond Overdose reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

Unavailability of stock

Errors in pricing or product information

In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
